NEW DELHI: Mobile-based Lava company Lava has introduced a new smartphone under its Design in India initiative. The Lava smartphone is the Prime X. The most important thing about this smartphone is that its battery is backed up once for 17 days upon charging. Apart from this, the phone will also have a replacement warranty of 2 years.
The price of this phone will also be special. It can be purchased at just Rs 1499. The first mobile launcher made under the 'Design in India' initiative will be launched in October 2018. Lava started its own design center in Noida in 2016. Along with this, the company has been moving forward to design and manufacture the entire range of Lava Mobile in India by 2021.
Lava's design team has been training for more than one year in China. This was a mechanical, hardware, and software design.
